An Outstanding Year for ND Care & Support in Wales

2025 was an exceptional one for ND Care & Support, marked by significant growth across our services and, most importantly, recognition of the quality of care our teams deliver every day.

We are immensely proud to share that three of our branches achieved an Excellent inspection rating from Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW). This outstanding result is a powerful testament to the unwavering dedication, compassion, and professionalism shown by our teams across Wales.

At the heart of this achievement are our incredible care coordinators and care workers. Their commitment to delivering the highest standards of care to individuals, families, and communities shines through in everything they do. From providing day to day support to building meaningful, trusting relationships, our teams consistently go above and beyond to make a positive difference in people’s lives.

An Excellent CIW rating does not happen by chance. It reflects:
