Our South Wales teams coordinate our Care Workers from our flagship Cardiff branch.
We provide support to children, young adults and older people with prescribed care packages in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan, and we’re proud to have played a significant part to deliver quality care services within the industry since 2010.
Karen Wiltshire is the Registered Manager at ND Care and Support’s Cardiff branch.
With approximately 25 years of experience in the care sector, Karen began her career supporting adults and children with learning disabilities, gaining valuable insight into delivering person-centred care that makes a meaningful difference to individuals and their families. She later transitioned into homecare services, where she developed a strong focus on enabling people to remain in their own homes and maintain their independence.
Karen has also worked within secure units, building experience in complex and challenging care environments. She progressed into a coordinator role within the Cardiff homecare team and joined ND Care and Support in 2015, playing a key role in establishing the organisation’s homecare provision.
Through her continued dedication and leadership, Karen has progressed to her current position as Registered Manager, where she remains committed to delivering high-quality care and positive outcomes for the individuals supported by the service.
