We’re very proud to announce that we’ve received a prestigious home care provider award.

ND Care & Support has been recognised as a ‘Top 20 Home Care Provider in Wales’ as part of Homecare.co.uk’s awards for 2022.

Becky Ford, Director of ND Care & Support, said: “We always seek to meet and exceed the needs of our Service Users and their loved ones, so to receive such a well-respected award based on their reviews is incredibly rewarding for our staff and Care Workers.

“The care, compassion and commitment of our Care Workers is truly second to none. We’re really proud of our person-centered approach. The people-first principles we apply make such a big difference to children, young adults and older people throughout Wales.

“To receive this award from Homecare.co.uk is testament to the hard work, skills and professionalism of our staff and Care Workers, and we’re so thankful for the opportunity to help our Service Users live happy and fulfilling lives.”

How we earned a Homecare.co.uk award

Homecare.co.uk is the UK’s leading home care review website, and a highly respected and established source of honest feedback about home care providers.

Now in their eighth year, the awards are given to care providers based on Review Scores from Service Users, their friends and family. The reviewers are asked to score the care provider across a number of areas, including staff, management, treatment with dignity, and value for money.
