What we offer.
Get Rewarded – Complete 100 hours and receive a special incentive payment of £250 as recognition for your commitment and hard work.
Enhanced DBS Reimbursed – Complete 50 hours and we’ll refund the cost of your DBS check (unless you already have a DBS on the Update Service).
We will cover the cost of your Social Care Wales registration fee (We will reimburse you once you have worked for us for more than four weeks).
We will cover the cost of your Blue Light Card (We will reimburse you for the Blue Light Card fee on proof of purchase).
5 day training program provided before you start work.
The Role:
Assisting or prompting individuals with administering medication and treatments.
Supporting with personal care, such as washing, and dressing.
Duties around the house, including washing dishes, laundry and tidying up.
Moving individuals safely using specialist equipment.
Preparing food and prompting or assisting at mealtimes.
Companionship and emotional support.
Trips out into the community for appointments and wellbeing.
