Committing to working to a two week roster as follows ā
Week 1 ā Saturday & Sunday ā Mornings (7am-2pm) and Afternoons 4pm-10pm).
Week 2 ā Thursday & Friday ā (subject to change) Mornings (7am-2pm) and Afternoons 4pm-10pm).
Role Purpose
As a Homecare Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults, young people and children, including individuals with more complex care needs, in their own homes and within the community
The role focuses on delivering outcome-based care that promotes independence, personal development, social inclusion, and emotional wellbeing, while ensuring the individualās safety, dignity, and comfort. The post holder will work in line with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) regulations, organisational policies, and best practice guidance.
