What You’ll Do

• Support people in their own homes
• Provide personal care, companionship & reassurance
• Help with medication, meals & light household tasks
• Bring dignity, comfort & human connection to every visit
  
  

What You Need

• A car & full driving licence
• Availability between 06:45–22:150
• Minimum 16 hours per week, including alternate weekends
  
  

What You’ll Get

• £14.12–£14.68 p/h (incl. rolled‑up holiday pay)
• Weekly pay
• 40p per mile + paid travel time (£12.21 p/h)
• Free Enhanced DBS
• Flexible hours
• 2 weekends off per month
• 5‑day Induction Training paid at £12.21 p/h  (Paid after completing your first 100 working hours)
• Support with Social Care Wales Registration (fee reimbursed)
• Shadow shifts + ongoing support
