Who are we?

Since 2010 ND Care & Support have provided a range of bespoke home care and community care services for children, young adults, adults and older people throughout Wales. We are a registered member of the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).

A full UK Driving License or an International Driving License and your own car are essential. You must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week. Monday to Friday – working between 7am and 11pm and every other weekend.

About the Role

As a Community Support Care Worker, you will deliver and support our sessional care services for adults and children with additional needs, including learning or physical disabilities or mental health challenges. Your role will help ensure they have access to the resources, opportunities, and support they need to thrive.

You will be required to:

• Enrich lives with every activity; supporting social development and inclusion by enabling individuals to enjoy recreational activities such as bowling, swimming and going to the cinema. Discovering joy in every activity!
• Support people to build and develop independent living skills such as cooking and shopping for a brighter future.
• Promote well-being to inspire wellness and ignite change.
• Provide support with a healthy balanced diet so we can empower people to thrive.
• Provide companionship to nurture bonds that enrich lives. Ensuring a connection that counts!
