🚗 A full UK or International Driving Licence and access to your own car are essential.

💡 Part-time positions available for females only.

As a Community Support Care Worker, you’ll make a real difference every day by supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, or mental health needs to live independently and enjoy meaningful lives.

• Bring joy to everyday life — support individuals to enjoy social and leisure activities such as bowling, swimming, or cinema trips.

• Promote independence — help people develop practical life skills like cooking, shopping, and household tasks.

• Encourage well-being — inspire healthy lifestyles and emotional wellness through encouragement and support.

• Support healthy eating — assist with planning and preparing balanced meals.

• Offer companionship — build meaningful relationships that bring comfort, connection, and trust.
