Available Roles:

• Driver Positions – full-time or part-time available
• Non-Driver Positions – full-time only

What We Offer:

• Comprehensive Training: You will attend a five-day induction and training course at our Abertillery office. You’ll be paid at national minimum wage once you’ve worked a minimum of 100 hours.
• Financial Support: We cover the cost of your Enhanced DBS check, Social Care Wales registration, and Blue Light Card—saving you over £70. Reimbursement is provided on proof of purchase after four weeks of employment.

The Role:

• Assisting or prompting individuals with administering medication and treatments.
• Supporting with personal care, such as washing, and dressing.
• Duties around the house, including washing dishes, laundry and tidying up.
• Moving individuals safely using specialist equipment.
• Preparing food and prompting or assisting at mealtimes.
• Companionship and emotional support.
• Trips out into the community for appointments and wellbeing.
