What Your Day Might Look Like

• Helping someone stay comfortable and independent in the place they love most: their home
• Offering companionship, reassurance, and genuine human connection
• Supporting with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and light household tasks
• Bringing moments of joy, comfort, and dignity into someone’s everyday life

What We Offer You

• £14.12 – £14.68 per hour (including rolled‑up holiday pay)
• Weekly pay — because we know every little bit helps
• 40p per mile + paid travel time
• Free Enhanced DBS Check — we’ve got you covered
• Flexible hours and regular work around your life
• Support to achieve Social Care Wales Registration and fee reimbursed
• Two weekends off per month to rest and recharge
• 5‑day Induction Training to help you feel confident and prepared
• Shadow shifts with experienced, supportive carers. 
• A caring, accessible Line Manager who’s there whenever you need guidance

What You’ll Need

• A car and full driving licence to visit people in their homes
• Availability between 06:45am and 10:30pm
• Minimum commitment of 16 hours per week, including every other weekend
