As a Children’s Services Support Worker, you’ll be more than a carer—you’ll be a mentor, a guide, and a source of joy. From trips to the park to community activities, you’ll help create moments that matter and memories that last.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support young adults with additional needs to access community activities, social events, and leisure opportunities.
• Promote independence and confidence by encouraging participation in everyday tasks and decision-making.
• Provide emotional and practical support, ensuring safety and wellbeing at all times.
• Assist with travel and outings, using your own/Company vehicle to enable community engagement.
• Work collaboratively with families and professionals to deliver person-centred care.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and progress in line with company policies.
• Consistency matters: Young people thrive on trust and routine. Being dependable helps build strong relationships and a sense of security.

What We Offer

• Pay: £14.12 – £14.68 per hour (including rolled-up holiday pay).
• Weekly pay: Get paid every week!
• Mileage payment: 40p per mile plus paid travel time.

Essential Requirements:

• You must be a car owner and driver.
• Business car insurance is required for this role.
• Minimum of 16 hours per week required.
