What You’ll Do:

• Support individuals to live independently and with dignity in their own homes.
• Provide personal care, companionship, and emotional support.
• Be a trusted friend and advocate for those who need you most.
  

What We Offer

• Pay: £14.12 – £14.68 per hour (including rolled-up holiday pay).
• Weekly pay: Get paid every week!
• Mileage payment: 40p per mile plus paid travel time.
• Free Enhanced DBS Check. We cover the cost for you.

• Two weekends off per month for a healthy work-life balance.
• 5-day Induction Training to give you the confidence and skills you need.
• Shadow Shifts alongside experienced carers before working independently.
• A dedicated Senior always available when you need guidance.

Essential Requirements

• You must be a car owner and driver to travel between clients and provide care in their homes.
• Business car insurance is required for this role.
• Minimum of 16 hours per week required.
