As a registered member of the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW), we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients, delivered by our remarkable team of Carers.

We currently have walker and driver positions available, both part-time!

What we offer:

• We cover the cost of your Enhanced DBS check, Social Care Wales registration, and Blue Light Card (saving you over £70!). Reimbursement is provided on proof of purchase after you’ve worked with us for more than four weeks.
• Paid induction and training: Attend a five-day induction course at our Abertillery office, paid at national minimum wage once you’ve worked a minimum of 100 hours.

The Role:

• Assisting or prompting individuals with administering medication and treatments.
• Supporting with personal care, such as washing, and dressing.
• Duties around the house, including washing dishes, laundry and tidying up.
• Moving individuals safely using specialist equipment.
• Preparing food and prompting or assisting at mealtimes.
• Companionship and emotional support.
• Trips out into the community for appointments and wellbeing.

Committing to working to a two week roster as follows –

Week 1 – Saturday & Sunday – Mornings (7am-2pm) and Afternoons 4pm-10pm).

Week 2 – Thursday & Friday – (subject to change) Mornings (7am-2pm) and Afternoons 4pm-10pm).
