We are looking for dedicated individuals in the Caerphilly area to support people to remain independent in their own homes with dignity. Whether you are already working in the care industry or seeking a more rewarding career, we will support you every step of the way.

As a registered member of the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW), we pride ourselves on the exceptional service we provide, delivered by our remarkable Carers.

Driver positions only.

What we offer:

• We cover the cost of your Enhanced DBS check, Social Care Wales registration, and Blue Light Card, saving you over £70! Reimbursement is provided for the Blue Light Card and Social Care Wales registration on proof of purchase once you have worked with us for more than four weeks.
• Paid induction and training: Attend a five-day induction course at our Abertillery office, paid at national minimum wage after completing a minimum of 100 hours with us.

The Role:

• Assisting or prompting individuals with administering medication and treatments.
• Supporting with personal care, such as washing, and dressing.
• Duties around the house, including washing dishes, laundry and tidying up.
• Moving individuals safely using specialist equipment.
• Preparing food and prompting or assisting at mealtimes.
• Companionship and emotional support.
• Trips out into the community for appointments and wellbeing.

Committing to working to a two week roster as follows –

Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday – mornings (7am-2pm) and afternoons 4pm-10pm).

Week 2 – Monday, Tuesday Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday – mornings (7am-2pm) and afternoons 4pm-10pm).
