– Please ensure you obtain authorisation from the person you wish to recommend before providing their details to ND Care & Support.
– To qualify for the Referral Offer, the person recommended must successfully meet our registration requirements and subsequently complete their 12-week probation period with us. No payments will be due under this offer if these criteria are not met.
– The Referral Offer expressly excludes anyone who has worked via ND Care & Support within the last two years from the date of your recommendation.
– You can recommend as many people as you like and can therefore receive multiple Referral Offers, subject to the qualifying criteria.
– Both you and the person you recommended will receive £150 within 30 days of your recommendation successfully meeting the Offer criteria.
– No cash alternative will be available.

Signing bonus
– To qualify for the signing bonus, you must successfully meet our registration requirements, work a minimum of 12 shifts and subsequently complete our 12-week probation period with us. No payments will be due under this offer if these criteria are not met.
– You will receive £250 within 30 days of you successfully meeting the Offer criteria.
