We’re currently seeking Female Support Workers in Ammanford who are ready to bring warmth, empathy, and dedication to those who need it most. Whether you’re experienced in care or just beginning your journey, if you have a genuine desire to help others, we want to hear from you.

We are specifically seeking individuals to work between 3.45pm and 10pm. This will include every other weekend.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide essential support to individuals in their own homes, helping with personal care, companionship, and daily tasks
• Build meaningful relationships that bring comfort and joy to those you care for
• Be a trusted presence during the evening hours, offering reassurance and dignity to those winding down their day

Essential Requirements:

• Car owner/Driver
• Commit to working every other weekend
• Work a minimum of 16 hours per week
