We’re currently seeking Female Support Workers in Ammanford who are ready to bring warmth, empathy, and dedication to those who need it most. Whether you’re experienced in care or just beginning your journey, if you have a genuine desire to help others, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide essential support to people who use our service, in their own homes. Helping with personal care, companionship, and daily tasks.
• Build meaningful relationships that bring comfort and joy to people we work with.
• Be a trusted presence during the evening hours, offering reassurance and dignity to those winding down their day.

Essential Requirements:

• Car owner/Driver
• Work either every Saturday, every Sunday or every other weekend.
• Work a minimum of 16 hours per week, between the hours of 6.45am and 10.15pm
