⭐ About the Role
As part of our evening care team, you’ll:
Provide personal care
Offer companionship and emotional support
Assist with medication and health needs
Help with food preparation and light domestic tasks
Drive between clients (UK or international licence + own car required)
You’ll follow a structured two-week rota (including every other weekend), giving both stability and a healthy work-life balance.
💷 Pay & Benefits
£14.12 per hour weekdays | £14.68 per hour weekends (includes rolled-up holiday pay)
Flexible hours – part-time or full-time to suit you
Mileage & travel pay – 25p per mile + paid waiting time (up to 29 mins at NMW)
Enhanced DBS & Social Care Wales registration fee paid
Blue Light Card (saving you £70+)
Paid for full visits – not just contact time
Free PPE & uniforms
5-day induction training (paid after working 100 hours) + ongoing support
