About the role:

• Supporting with personal care to promote well being
• Supporting with medication
• Food preparation and support with a health balanced diet
• Light domestic tasks (laundry, cleaning)

As a Care Assistant with ND Care & Support, your hard work and commitment will be rewarded in a number of ways. You will receive:

New starter bonus of £250!
Paid mileage, travel and waiting time
Full time hours and set shifts
£12.00 per hour weekdays
£12.50 per hour on weekends
Full visits/calls paid, not minute by minute
2 weekends off per month
Refer a Friend bonus of £150 for you and your friend if they join us.

The ideal candidate:`

• Previous care experience. This is desirable but not essential as full ongoing training and support will be provided.
• Be a caring and compassionate person, with a passion for supporting the most vulnerable people in our community.
• Has a calm and flexible approach to work
• Full driving license, access to a vehicle, and business insurance (desirable but not essential)
• Be happy to travel in the community to provide care
• Be able to commit to set shifts each week (eg. 07.00 – 15:00 & 15:30-22:00)
