What You’ll Be Doing:

• Personalized Care Plans: Supporting individuals in their own homes with the care they deserve. 
• Everyday Support: Helping with washing, bathing, dressing, and getting clients ready for their day. 
• Mealtime Assistance: Encouraging and supporting clients during mealtimes (because food is life!). 
• Medication Management: Administering medication with care and attention to detail. 
• Home Support: Keeping things tidy and making sure clients’ homes feel cozy and safe.
• Personal Care: Assisting with toileting and changing incontinence aids with the utmost respect.
• Safe Moving: Using specialized equipment to help clients move comfortably. 
• Accurate Records: Keeping track of care and ensuring everything runs smoothly. 
• Emotional Support: Being a friendly face, offering conversation, and providing the emotional support our clients need.
