Hannah Collier is the Registered Manager, bringing over 12 years of experience within the care sector.
She works in partnership with local health boards, the NHS, private organisations, families and individuals to support the effective delivery of tailored and appropriate care packages.
The service supports predominantly vulnerable individuals receiving domiciliary care. This includes people with healthcare needs, individuals in lawful custody or under the supervision of probation services, and those accessing welfare services of a prescribed description or receiving direct payments from a social services authority.
