Essential Requirements

• Driver roles require a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle and business insurance.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours a week over 4 days and work every other weekend

• Working in the Energlyn area of Caerphilly
• Caring, reliable and committed to providing person-centred support

Role Overview

Supporting adults, children and young people in their own homes and communities with:

• Personal care and daily living support
• Medication assistance (training provided)
• Community access and social activities
• Moving and handling support
• Promoting independence, wellbeing and confidence
