ND Care & Support is a well established domiciliary care provider delivering high-quality care throughout Bridgend and the surrounding areas. We are now expanding our children’s services and are looking for compassionate, reliable and enthusiastic Care Workers to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting children and young people but is also happy to provide care and support to adults living in their own homes. No two days are the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while making a genuine difference to people’s lives.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting children and young people within their own homes and the community.
• Providing personal care where required.
• Supporting adults to remain independent in their own homes.
• Assisting with medication, meals and daily living activities.
• Promoting independence, dignity and choice.
• Completing accurate electronic care records.
• Working as part of a supportive and professional team.

What we’re looking for

• A caring, patient and compassionate nature.
• Experience working with children or vulnerable people is desirable.
• A willingness to support both children and adult who we support.
• Good communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
• Reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude.
• A commitment to providing person-centred care.

• Complete 100 hours and qualify for a special incentive payment of£250 as recognition for your commitment and hard work.
