  • Patient and understanding, with a genuine passion for helping others
  • A great communicator and team player
  • Willing to learn and grow with us
  • A driver with access to a vehicle
  • Experience is welcome, but not essential – we provide full training!

What we offer:

  • A competitive salary of £14.12 per hour on weekdays and £14.68 on weekends, paid weekly (this includes rolled-up holiday pay).
  • We’ll cover the cost of your Enhanced DBS check, and Social Care Wales registration fee, and even provide a Blue Light Card—saving you over £70!
  • Paid travel and waiting time up to 30 minutes.
  • Paid mileage on support sessions (40p per mile).
  • Full-time hours and set shifts, or flexible shift patterns.
  • Refer a friend to join our team, and you’ll both receive a £150 bonus—what a win-win! (paid once you have both worked 12 weeks).
  • A 5-day in-depth Induction and training programme (paid at national minimum wage once you have worked for us for a minimum of 100 hours).
