Services for our Staff
ND Care is embedded within the care sector. Working within this community means we understand how important the job our carers do is. To ensure that our team provide the best possible care, we are committed to providing training and support of the highest standard.
Carers who work for ND Care will be provided with a dedicated care co-ordinator who will work with them to ensure that they are provided with appropriate continuous work. Care co-ordinators will also be on hand to provide advice and support with supervisions every four months to identify and provide feedback to ensure staff are confident within their roles.
Care co-ordinators will also provide information on relevant training courses for our staff, with courses ranging from First Aid and All Wales Passport Manual Handling to more specialist courses including Dementia Awareness and Confrontation Management.
ND Care recognises the importance of continuous professional development (CPD) for our staff, for this reason we support all staff in undertaking QCF (NVQ) Level 2 and level 3 in Care.
