ND Care & Support operates a 24-hour service, giving you access to help whenever you need it. Our out-of-hours service is staffed by your local Care Coordinators who are trained and knowledgeable individuals who can help you. We continually monitor the work of all our Care Workers and we will keep in regular contact with you to make sure you are satisfied with your service. ND Care & Support will also provide you with our complaints procedure at the start of your care journey. The complaints procedure is simple to use and is a confidential process.
