All of our service users are different, as we all are, so each day will be. You may be required to support with intimate hygiene or meal preparation, share a hot drink or help with a puzzle. We provide care to anyone who requires support, so whilst we don’t specialise in a particular care need, we ensure that all of our Care Workers are confident and able to support with a wide range of tasks.
Previous experience in the care sector would be advantageous but isn’t essential as we provide full training and support to all of our staff, including a comprehensive induction.
You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be kind, compassionate and committed to delivering the very best level of care. If this is you, we would love to hear from you!
