Job Description

ND Care & Support West Wales are currently looking to recruit Care Workers the Glanamman area to join our award winning company. We also welcome applicants from all of Carmarthenshire.

Successful applicants will work within a close team to deliver domiciliary care to individuals across the area. Our client’s needs vary and require different levels of support, whether it be support with personal care, meal preparation or domestic help. Care Workers also support clients with community integration; joining them on outings and errands, attending appointments and pursuing personal interests i.e. clubs, swimming, etc.

We look for permanent members of staff to progress within the company with positions such as, senior carers and co-coordinators coming available regularly.

Additional Information

ND Care and Support are seeking motivated, honest and reliable individuals to join our team of homecare workers. ND Care and Support provide homecare services to older people in their own homes and wider community.

Duties include but are not limited to; supporting people to maintain their home, personal care; meal preparation and to access their local and wider community.

12 months experience, a QCF level 2 or equivalent is ideal but not essential as all employees have comprehensive training. Due to the nature of the business you will need to be a car driver with access to your own car for work.
