As a community support worker, you will be providing respite for families as well as supporting the adult to have a fun experience in the activity they choose.
Our services users range in age and may have a range of disabilities or learning difficulties. Some of these include Challenging behaviour, global delay, autism or behavioural disorders. You’ll be helping them to enjoy activities that are taken for granted. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone enjoy life and taking part in an activity they usually would not get a chance to enjoy. By working with us, you’ll be a part of that joy.

Ideally you will have experience of supporting people with a disability and have a full clean driving licence.
We will provide you with full training and the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised Social Care qualification and competitive rates of pay.
